Hi, I’m Demi.

I was born in the Netherlands and grew up surrounded by nature; forests, dunes, lakes, and open space. That environment shaped me early on. From a young age, I was sensitive, intuitive, and deeply creative, with music and singing as natural outlets. Those qualities have been both my greatest strength and my greatest challenge, teaching me how to listen, feel, and eventually ground myself.
I come from a loving, traditionally Catholic family. While spirituality wasn’t openly encouraged, the values of care, devotion, and inner life were always present beneath the surface. Over time, I found my own way of connecting to meaning beyond structure. One rooted in experience, presence, and embodied awareness. My connection to healing work began early.

As a child, I was already drawn to wellness spaces, massage, and stillness. At sixteen, I booked a massage after work — an experience that would later lead me to work professionally within a highly intuitive, body-focused healing environment. Over several years, I trained and worked across three different locations, learning multiple massage techniques that still inform my work today, now combined with Reiki and my own intuitive approach.
During the COVID period, my path expanded into online work. I supported a spiritual coach as a virtual assistant while also deepening my own development through formal courses in intuitive work and conscious entrepreneurship. This time shaped both my skills and my independence, allowing my work to grow beyond location and into something more fluid and global.
Travel has been an important teacher for me. I’ve spent time in Indonesia, Japan, China, and Korea, exploring Buddhist philosophy and spiritual practice, as well as in Nicaragua, where I deepened my understanding of shamanic traditions. Living in Curaçao and later Miami further expanded my perspective on cultural approaches to healing, energy, and embodiment. Through study and experience, I developed a grounded respect for the differences between Native North American and South American shamanic traditions, always approaching this work through learning rather than assumption.
Today, my work brings together massage, Reiki healing, and intuitive readings. I approach each session with care, boundaries, and presence. This work keeps me deeply aware of my own thoughts, actions, and responsibilities. It’s not just a profession, but a practice I live by.

Astrologically, I’m a Taurus Sun, Libra Moon, and Cancer Rising; a combination that reflects how I work: grounded and steady, emotionally attuned, and deeply caring. I value balance, safety, and authenticity, and I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and move forward with clarity.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: life force energy is real, and when we learn to work with it consciously, we can transform how we experience ourselves and our lives.
